My goal is to drive digital change by optimizing processes and systems. I want to support making the right choice between standardization and individualization. I benefit from many years of experience in IT operations, application management and software development in a highly regulated business environment. There is no silver bullet between in-house operations and public cloud use, shoring and sourcing, classic and agile project management. The optimal solution is the focus on one's own business purpose and the consistent, continuously re-alignment of all processes to it.

As an external and internal consultant and project manager in SMEs and corporations, I have worked with supportive and demanding, fair and trustful executives.
